One mutation is defined as any combination of mutation within a 3-base frame. Our delivery package includes vector containing target gene, complete sequencing data and construct maps. Prices vary according to the length of genes. If the target gene and destination vector isn’t provided by the customer, there will be additional charges. NKMAX has a great expertise in developing recombinant proteins using Escherchia coli as a host. Our Protein services are charged according to the required amount of strain comparison and optimization work. The pricing is based on a setup fee for expression analysis, the number of different strains (possibly with different helper plasmid systems) and the number of different culture conditions tested. For specific pricing information, please contact our sales department.

NKMAX’s monoclonal antibodies are produced in hybridoma cell lines derived from the fusion of myeloma cells and antibody-producing B-lymphocytes. We guarantee two positive clones for monoclonal antibodies developed in mouse. For any protein antigen (at least 2.5 mg provided by the customer, > 80% purity in SDS-PAGE) we guarantee two positive clones or more with positive ELISA results. Our prices are on a setup fee basis.
